The Atlanta Athletic Club, the home club of legendary golfer Robert T. Jones, Jr., is a private athletic, golf and country club known nationally and internationally for the excellence of the facilities and services offered to our members and their families. Membership is by invitation only and guests are allowed only when accompanied by members. Our facilities include:
- Two 18-hole golf courses
- A 9-hole par-3 course
- 42,000 square foot athletic center
- Indoor and outdoor tennis facilities
- Olympic-sized pool and aquatic center
- Beautiful club rooms
- Exceptional dining facilities
Our facilities make up a complex that offers superior social and recreational opportunities for our members and their families. The Club is one of the few facilities on the East Coast that offers all these services in one location.
Every year since 2009, an independent survey group has ranked the Atlanta Athletic Club in the top ten of country clubs in the United States.
- In 2006, Golf Connoisseur Magazine chose Atlanta Athletic Club one of the 100 best country clubs in the United States
- In 2005, after a major renovation, the USTA recognized the AAC as the National Tennis Facility of the Year.
- In 2004, Golf Digest named AAC’s Riverside course one of the "Top Ten New Private Courses in America."
- In 1991, the tennis facility was voted the best tennis facility in the state by the Georgia Professional Tennis Association.
